<br />Sec. 1. 7?oitering of Minors Proi?ib.ited. It sha13. be unlawful for
<br />any Minor ur?der the age of 16 years to loiter, idle,.wander, strol.l, play or
<br />be present in or upon the public streets, sidewalks, highways, roads, alleys,
<br />parks, playgrounds, or other publa.c grounds, publie piaces, and public buildings,
<br />plaees of amusement, recreation and entertainments vacant lots, business
<br />establishments ( whether open f or business or not ), or other unsupervised
<br />places, between,the hours of 10e30 o'clock P. M. and 5 o*clock A. M. of the
<br />following day, o£f icial Village time, within the Village of Mayf ield, Ohio.
<br />Sec. 2. It shall be unlawful f or any Minor under the dge of 18 years
<br />who has reached his.16th birthday to loiter,idle; wander, stroll, play or be
<br />present in or upon the public streets9 sidewalkss highways, roads, alleyrs,
<br />parks, playgrourids, or other public grounds, public places and public buildings,
<br />places of amusement, recreation and entertainment, vacant lots, business
<br />establishments (whether open f or business or not ), or other unsupesvised
<br />placesy between the houss of 12 64cloek midnight and 5 o=clock A. M. of the
<br />f ollowing day, off icial Village time, within the Village of Mayfield, Ohio.
<br />Sec. 3o The provisions of Sections 1 and 2 of this Ordinance shall
<br />not apply to a Mi.nor accompanied by his or her parent, guardians or other
<br />adult person having the care and custoay of said I4iinor, or where the riinor
<br />is.upon an emergency errand or legitimate business direeted by his or her
<br />parent, guardian or other adtxlt pessan having the care and custody of the
<br />Minor.
<br />Sec. 4. Responsibility of Parents, etco It shall be unlawful for
<br />the parent, guardian, or other adult person having the care and custody of a
<br />minor under the age of 18 years knouaie?gly to perm.it such Minor to loiter e idle,
<br />wander, stroll, play, or be present in or upon the public streets, sidewalks,
<br />taighways, roads, alleys, parks, playgrounds, or other public grounds, public
<br />plaees and public buildings,.places of amtasement, reereation and entertainm.ent,
<br />vacant lots, business establishments ( whether open f or btisiness or not), or
<br />other unsupervised places contrar5? to,the provisions of Sections 1 or 2 of
<br />this Ordinance.
