' <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD TRANSFERRING CERTAIN PROPERTY <br />~ IN THE SOUTHWEST PORTION OF THE VILLAGE TO OFFICE- <br />~ LABORATORY DISTRICT. <br />rr~ WHEREAS, the Council of the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, finds a <br />large tract of land located in the southcaest portion of the Village <br />hereinafter described, now zoned for Class U-1 Use District use has never <br />' been used for residential purposes, and the Council further finds that changes <br />should lie made and deems it necessary to change the land use classification <br />of the following described property so as to provide for the orderly develop- <br />went thereof from Class U-1 Use District to an Office-Laboratory District; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, because of its location, said premises is better suited <br />for office-laboratory use and such use will be conducive to the public health, <br />peace, safety, comfort, prosperity, convenience and general welfare, will <br />provide it to carry on needed functions, and will not substantially injure <br />any other property in the Village or the use thereof; and <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, finds <br />that this amending ordinance has been submitted to the Village Planning and <br />~ Zoning Commission for approval, disapproval or suggestion, and that said <br />J , Commission has allowed a reasonable time for a consideration and report, and <br />has approved the same in the form herein set forth, and that a public hearing <br />has been had thereon, and notice of such hearing given in the manner provided <br />fL by law. <br />~® ~ NOW, THEREFORE, <br />s <br />c-- <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, COUNTY <br />~ OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO, THAT: <br />~ Section 1. The following described property, hitherto in a Class U-1 <br />~ Use District shall be transferred to an Office-Laboratory District, and that <br />~ the zone map of the Village of Mayfield be and the same is hereby amended, <br />revised and supplemented by changing the zoning in the following described <br />~' property: (Permanent Parcel No. 831-35-4) <br />:~ <br />P1; Situated in the Village of Mayfield, County of <br />Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, and known as being part <br />of Original Mayfield Township Lot No. 16, Tract 2, <br />j and bounded and described as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />
