McENALLY :y FOR THE CONSTRUCTION, RECONSTRUCTION, MAINTENANCE, OPERATION ~% AND REPAIR OF A STORM SEIdER AND APPURTENANCES ON CERTAIN PREMISES. WHEREAS, Council of the Village of Mayfield by Ordinance No. 657 approved an easement from Elaren, Inc., for the construction, reconstruction, maintenance, operation and repair of a storm sewer and appurtenances on certain premises, and WHEREAS, flooding has frequently occurred causing great damage to the property covered by said easement, and WHEREAS, the Village engineer has recommended that the construction of a storm sewer on the premises hereinafter described is the best way to prevent further flooding and damage to the property covered by said Ordinance No. 657. ~~ NO[d, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO, THAT: k ~~ Section 1. Council hereby approves and accepts easements from Robert and Marjorie Bugoci and from William H.'and Kathleen'IJ.
