<br />ORDINANCE NO. 94-46 <br />INTRODUCED BYm Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE <br />AMENDING SECTIONS 155.04(h) AND 155.06(b) &(c) &(d) <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of Council to add certain conditions <br />for use of the Community Room when alcohol or certain numbers of <br />people are involved and to increase the deposit fee, all in <br />relation to the recent re-decorating of the Community Room. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD <br />VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />SECTION 1. That Section 155.04 is hereby and herein amended <br />to read as follows: <br />155.04 RESTRICTIONS AND CONDITIONS OF USE. <br />(h) For any event at which there is alcohol beina served, or <br />there is expected seventy-f-ive fiftv or more individuals or twenty- <br />five or more automobiles, the permit holder shall retain the <br />services of a uniform police officer and shall be solely <br />responsible for paying for that service. Police officers hired for <br />this purpose shall be commissioned by the Municipality as a police <br />officer or auxiliary police officer. The police officer shall <br />remain on duty throughout the scheduled event and shall not leave <br />the premises until the building is empty and secured. <br />*** <br />Section 2. That Section 155.06 (b), (c) and (d) are herein <br />and hereby amended to read as follows: <br />155.06 FEE SCHEDULE <br />*** <br />(b) Senior citizens groups and youth groups are eligible to <br />use the Community Room Building without charge. However, a <br />refundable damage deposit in the amount of ene hundr^a ae„ar^ <br />. one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) shall be required. <br />(c) Private or commercial rental for residents of the <br />Municipality is available. Charge for use of the Community Room <br />Building shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00). Additionally, a <br />refundable damage deposit in the amount of ??hu~aa?-?s <br />. one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) shall be required. <br />The deposit shall be refunded only if the kitchen and community <br />room are left clean, all tables are cleared and the building is in <br />the condition it was when rented. <br />r-_
