Mirnztes of the Special Meeting <br />, July 6, -195-5 <br />The Council of the Village of Mayfield met in special meeting at the <br />Town Hall at 6:30 P.M. on Monday, July 6th, 1959, pursuant to notice given to all <br />members of Council according to _law, Mayor Endress presiding. <br />Ro11 Ca11: Present - Messrsa Zorn,Strater,Brown,Grootegood and Hopkinse <br />Absent - Mr. Tnledler <br />Mayor Endress then dispensed with_the reacling of the minutes and took <br />up the Planning and Zoning problems presented to Council. Mr. Reed said that <br />the Board of Zoning Appeals had met on June 23rd, 1959 and approved the lot sizes <br />in the Caputo Brothers Development. This Development of 32 sublots, known as <br />Caputo Brothers Development J&N subdivision and part of Origi.nal Mayfield Town- <br />ship Lot 20, Track 2, in the Village of Mayfield, contained 9 lots being (sublots <br />183 173 16, 153 95 83 75 6 and 5) less than 100 feet in width but with 20,000 <br />square feet in area because they Ttaere in a turning circle. The Zoning and <br />Planning Commission meeting on the same date then approved the final plan of <br />this development. The drawings were then presented to Council for stufl,y and it <br />was explained by Mr. Reed that the lots had been renumbered so that they were <br />in consecutive order. Mr. Reed also mentioned that the plans were originally <br />. in two parts, but now had been combined on one sheet of linen. Mr. Edelman then <br />read to Council the resolution by the Zoning and Planning Board approvi.ng the <br />final plan. Mr. Reed mentioned at this time tha t he had notified Dr. Garbas by <br />letter of the Plarming Meeting, but that Dr. Garbais.did not 5how up until it <br />tiaas over. Mr. Hopkins, seconded by-Nirs. Brown, then introduced Resolution No. 452 <br />entitled, "A Resolution Approving_for Record the Final Plan of Caputo Bros. Inc., <br />J& N Subdivision«, which resolution was read to Council. <br />It was moved by Mrs. Brown, seconded by Mre' Strater,:, tha;t the rules of <br />law requiring a x°esolution to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. <br />Roll Call; Ayes - Messrs. Zorn,Strater,Browm,Grootegood and Hopkins. <br />Nays - None. <br />Mo-tion carried <br />Rules suspend.ed <br />It was moved by Mrs. Brown; seconded by Mr. Strater, that Resolution No. <br />452 be approved ard passEd.as read. , <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs. Zorn9Strater,Brown,Grootegood and Hopkins. <br />Nays - None. . <br />_ Motion carried <br />Resolution passed <br />Mr. Reed then reported that the Zoning and Planning Commission had held <br />a meeting just prior to Council Mee-ting and reviewed the plans of the Kenurood <br />Garden No. 2A development. Mr. Reed said that they were now asking to develop <br />l.
