, Minutes of the Regular Meeting ' September, 21., 1959. , The Council of the Village of Mayf ield met in open meeting at.the Town Hal.l at 8:OO P. M., Mayor Endress presiding. Ro11 Call; Present - Messrs Zorn, Wedl.er?S trater, Browm, Grootegoed and Hopkins' and Engineer Peterson. ' The NIimtes of the Special Meeting of S,eptember 2nd' 1959, were then read ta Councilo It was moved by Mr. Wedler, seconded by M'r. Hopkins, that the mi.rsutes of the special mee-ting be approved and passed as read. Ro11 Call: A,yes - Messrs Zorn, Wedler, Stratex°'Browra,Grootegoed & Hopkinse Nays - None. . Motion carried Minutes approved. Mr. Capretta, representing Eastgate Estateg of Multip].e Investments, then appeared.before Cou,ncil and said.that his bond for the develo_pment was coming up for renewal and9 w ith the approval of our Engineer, he would like" it reduced to $5000,00. Mayor Endress then asked Mro 1'eterson wha't he thought and Mr. Peterson said that the pavement was in exeellent condition and, as far as.he was concerned' $5000.00 would be ampl.e. Mrsm Brown, seconded by Mrs Hopkins, then introduced Resolution #462, entitled: !?A, Resolution A.uthorizing the Substitution of a Bond in the Amount of $5000.00 for the Present Bond Given to Cover the Improvement of' the Streets in Eastgate Estates, Subdivision Noe 1 of Multipl.e Investors, Ine.tf., which resolution was read to Council. It was moved by Mr. Zorn, seconded by Mr.'Strater, that the rules of law requiring a resolution to be read on three,separate occasions be.'suspendedo Roll CallA Ayes - Messrs Z.orn, Wed.ler,Strater,Brown,Groot.egoed & Hopkinso Nays - None. ` , Motion carried ' Rul.es Suspended. .
