<br />iMinutes of-the Regular Meeting <br />November 21, 1960 <br />The Council of the Village of Nlayfield met in regular meeting at <br />the Town Hall at 8:00 P. Ni. , Riayor Endress presiding. <br />Roll Call: Present - Niessrs Zorn; Wedler,Bennett, Brown,Grootegoed & Belzer <br />- and Engineer Peterson. <br />The Minutes of the Regular Meeting of October 16, 1960, were then read <br />to Council. It was moved by Pdrs. Brown, seconded by Nir. Wedler, that the <br />Nlinutes of the Regular Pdeeting be approved and passed as read. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Zo'rn,Wedler,Bennett,Brown,Grootegoed & Belzer. <br />- Nays - None. Motion carried <br />Minutes approved <br />The riinutes of the Special NIeeting of October 31, 1960, were then <br />read to Council. It was moved by Mr. Wedler, seconded by Mrs. Brown, that the <br />Minutes of the Special Meeting be approved and passed as read. Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Zorn,Wedler,Bennett,Brown,Grootegoed & Belzer. <br />Nays - None. • • - Motion carried <br />- • Aiinutes approved. <br />Ordinance No. 715, by r5r. Belzer, entitled: "AnOrdin-ance Requiring <br />the Installation of Garbage Disposers or Incinerators in Al1-New Homes and <br />Buildings Hereafter Constructed Within the Village of Mayf ield, Ohio" and. <br />placed upon its f irst reading at the October meeting and returned to Mr. <br />Edelman for corrections, was again read to Council, after being re-written <br />-by our Solicitor, to permit electric disposers. • <br />Mr. Wieland said that he had been asked at a Service Directors ' <br />meeting about our disposal ordinance and told them that we had one on first <br />reading. Mr. Wieland remarked that, where gas was available, they did not <br />recommend electric d-isposals. ' <br />It was then moved by Mr. Wedler, seconded by Mre Belzer, that the <br />rules of law requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions <br />be suspended. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Zorn,Wedler,Bennett,Brown,Grootegoed & Belzer. <br />Nays - Nane. <br />riotion carried <br />Rules suspended. <br />l.
