Minutes of the Regular Meet.ing February 19, 1962 The Council of the Village of Mayfield met in regular meeting at the Town Hall at 8:00 P. Ma, Mayor Endress presiding. Roll Call; Present - Niessrs Wedler, Bennett,Mason, Sloan and Belzero Absent - Mr. Zorn. The M inutes of the Regular Meeting of January 15, 1962, were then read to Council. It was moved by Mre Wedler, seconded by Mra Mason, that the Minutes of the regular meeting be approved and passed as read. Roll Call; Ayes - Messrs Wedler, Bennett, Mason, Sloan and Belzere Nays - None, Motion carried Minutes approved Mayor Endress then remarked that Ordinance Nom 751, which had been placed on its first reading at the January Council Meeting, should be read again. Mra Edelman then read Ordinance No. 751, entitled, "An Ordinance Providing f or the Employment of I,egal Counsel for the Village of Mayfield." It was then moved by Mr. Sloan, seconded by Mre GsTedler, that the rules of law requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions be suspendedo Roll Call; Ay.es - Messrs Wedler, Bennett, Mason, Sloan and Belzer. Nays - None. - Nlotion carried Rules Suspended It was enoved by Mrm Wedler, seconded by Mra Belzer, that Ordinance No. 751 be approved and passed as read. Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Gdedler, Bennett, Mason, Sloan and Belzere Nays - None. - Motion carried Ordinance Passed Mayor Endress then reported th.at we also had on a first reading, Ordinance No. 753, entitled, "An Ordinance Providing for the Employment of an Engineer for the Village of Mayf ield." Mra Edelman then read this ordinance to Councila It was then moved,by Mr. Sloan, seconded by Mr. Mason, that-the rules of law requiring an ordinance to be read on ttiree separate occasions be suspendedo . Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Wedler, Bennett, Mason, Sloan and Belzer. Nays - None. • Motion carried Rules Suspended 1.
