<br />Minutes of Regular Meeting <br />June 18s 1962 <br />The Council of the Village of Mayf ield met in regular meeting at the <br />Town Hall at 8m00 P. Ma, Nlayor Endress presiding, <br />! f t S <br />Roll Call: Present - Messrs Zorn, Wedlert Bennett, Masons Sloan & Belzera <br />Absent - None. <br />The Minutes of the regular meeting of May 2A8 1962, were then read to <br />Counci.l. Tt was moved,by Mra_Wedler' seconded by Mro Masony that the Minutes <br />of the Regular Meeti.ng be approved and passed as read. <br />-Ro11 Ca11a Ayes -,Messrs,Zorn, Wedler,BennetteMason, Sloan & Belzero <br />Nays - Noneo , <br />Motion carried <br />M inutes Approved <br />The Minutes of the Special Meeting of June 8a 1962, were then read to <br />Council., It was moved by Mr. Mason, seconded by Mro Wedler, that the Minutes <br />of the Special Meetitag be approved and passed as read. <br />Ro11 Call: Ayes - Messrs Zorn, Wedler, Bennettp Masons Sloan & Belzex°. <br />Nays None,, <br />Motion carried <br />. Minutes Approved <br />Mayor Endress said.that there was a lot of old business around and <br />mentioned the Interim Zoning-for Wilson Mi11s Road, but decided that he would <br />hear Gammittee.reports firsto Mr. Wedler then read the Minutes of the Zoning <br />and Planning Committee held on June 11, 19620. Council was quite puzzled after <br />this reading, as the amended Truck Ordin,ance which had been worked up after <br />the open hearings and wtiich had been submitted to the Zoning and Planning <br />Cammission was attached to their minutes as part of sameD The Zoning and <br />Planning Commissions_ however, h.ad recommended that the Ordinance in its <br />original form as submitted to them and returned to Council be passed instead <br />of this rev?sed versiona There was a great deal of discussion in Council over <br />this matter, Mre llason said that this ordinance had been asked f.or and that <br />Council had an opportunity to hear various views of the subject at an open <br />hearing, and although it fell short of what_we want and, although he was not <br />in complete agreement with the Zoning and Planning Commissiona the ordinance <br />did answer the prob?em and should,be given consideration. Mayor Endress said. <br />that the last sentence concerning a closed garage should be made must instead <br />of sha1-1,- - <br />It was moved by?Mro Mason, seconded by Mr. Belzer, that Ordinance No. <br />766 be amended to include subsection:(6) raith the word shall in the last <br />sentence changed to the word musto . <br />l.
