Minutes of Regular Meeting June 18s 1962 The Council of the Village of Mayf ield met in regular meeting at the Town Hall at 8m00 P. Ma, Nlayor Endress presiding, ! f t S Roll Call: Present - Messrs Zorn, Wedlert Bennett, Masons Sloan & Belzera Absent - None. The Minutes of the regular meeting of May 2A8 1962, were then read to Counci.l. Tt was moved,by Mra_Wedler' seconded by Mro Masony that the Minutes of the Regular Meeti.ng be approved and passed as read. -Ro11 Ca11a Ayes -,Messrs,Zorn, Wedler,BennetteMason, Sloan & Belzero Nays - Noneo , Motion carried M inutes Approved The Minutes of the Special Meeting of June 8a 1962, were then read to Council., It was moved by Mr. Mason, seconded by Mro Wedler, that the Minutes of the Special Meetitag be approved and passed as read. Ro11 Call: Ayes - Messrs Zorn, Wedler, Bennettp Masons Sloan & Belzex°. Nays None,, Motion carried . Minutes Approved Mayor Endress said.that there was a lot of old business around and mentioned the Interim Zoning-for Wilson Mi11s Road, but decided that he would hear Gammittee.reports firsto Mr. Wedler then read the Minutes of the Zoning and Planning Committee held on June 11, 19620. Council was quite puzzled after this reading, as the amended Truck Ordin,ance which had been worked up after the open hearings and wtiich had been submitted to the Zoning and Planning Cammission was attached to their minutes as part of sameD The Zoning and Planning Commissions_ however, h.ad recommended that the Ordinance in its original form as submitted to them and returned to Council be passed instead of this rev?sed versiona There was a great deal of discussion in Council over this matter, Mre llason said that this ordinance had been asked f.or and that Council had an opportunity to hear various views of the subject at an open hearing, and although it fell short of what_we want and, although he was not in complete agreement with the Zoning and Planning Commissiona the ordinance did answer the prob?em and should,be given consideration. Mayor Endress said. that the last sentence concerning a closed garage should be made must instead of sha1-1,- - It was moved by?Mro Mason, seconded by Mr. Belzer, that Ordinance No. 766 be amended to include subsection:(6) raith the word shall in the last sentence changed to the word musto . l.
