Minutes of the Regular Meeting - September 17, 1962 The Council of the Village of Mayfield met in regular meeting at the Town Hall at 8;00 P. Ni., Mayor Endress presiding. Ro11 Call; Present: Messrs Zorn, SJedler, Bennett, Mason, Sloan & Belzer. Absent : None. An open hearing had been called for 7:30 p. M. on September 17, 1962, to hear arguments on a proposed fence ordinance. A11 Councilmen and the Mayor were preserit and,comments were soZicited from the audiencem Otlier than a few questions clarifying terms of the ordinance which had been read by Mr. Edelman, there were no comments. Mayor Endress then called Council to order at 8;00 P.M. and regular matters of the meeting were taken up. The riinutes of thd to Council. It was moved of the Regular Meeting be Roll Call; - Ayes Nays regular meeting of August 20th, 1962, were then read by Mr. Wedler, seconded by Mr. Niason, that the Minutes approved arzd passed as read. - Messrs Zorn, Wedler, Bennett, Mason, S1oan & Belzer. - None. D4ot ion carried Nlinutes.approved Mayor Endress then read a letter from Chief Porter of the Fire Department relative to the water supply for the Lander Road High School;. Mr. Belzer, seconded by Mr._2orn, then introduced Resolution No, 552, entitled; "A Resolution Requesting the Mayfield City School District to Install an 8" water line and not less tnan four hydrants for•the NeEa High School", which resolution was read to Council. It was moved by Nir. Wedler, seconded by Mr. Mason, that the rules of law requiring a resolution to be read'on three separate occasions be suspendede Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Zorn, Wedler, Bennett, Nlason, Sloan and Belzer. Nays - 1`done. Nlotion carried Rules Suspended It was moved by Nir. Wedler, seconded by N1r. Belzer, that Resolution No. 552 be approved and passed as read. Roll Call; Ayes = Messrs Zorn, Wedler, Bennett, Mason, Sloan-& Belzer. Nays - None. - M otion carried Resolution passed 1.
