<br />Minutes o£ the Regular Meeting <br />March 18, 1963 <br />The Council of the Village of Mayf ield met in regular meeting at the <br />Town Hall at 8:00 P. M., Mayor Endress presiding. _ <br />Roll Call: Present - Messrs Wedler, Bennett, Shaw, Mason, Sloan & Belzer, <br />Absent ` - None. . . <br />The Minutes of the Regular Meeting of February 18, 1963, were then read <br />to Council. -It was moved by-Nir; Shaw, seconded by Mr. Mason, that the Minutes <br />of the Regular Meeting be approved and passed as read. <br />Roll Call; Aye's = Messrs Wedler,Bennett,Shaw, Mason, Sloan & Belzer. <br />? Nays - None.. Motion carried <br />Minutes approved <br />Mayor Endress then asked for reports from the Committees. There was <br />nothing to report f rom the Architectural Board, as they had no meeting. _ <br />Mr. Berinett, reporting f or the Building Committee, said that his • <br />-committee had checked into lighting the two parking lots; that the Illumin- <br />ating Company had recommended a light on a pole already existing and one behind <br />the building. This would cost about $9.00 per month. These lights were to be <br />of the Mercury Vapor type. The Illuminating Company will set the poles and <br />maintain them for about $49,00 per year and take down the various lights now <br />in existence. It was then moved by Mr. Belzer, seconded by Mr. Shaw, that <br />we put in two lights, one on an existing pole and one in.back. Mr. Belzer, <br />seconded by Mr. Shaw, then introduced this motion as a resolution: <br />Tt was moved by Mr. Mason, seconded by biro Belzer, that the rules of <br />law requiring a Resolution to be read on three separate occasions be suspended, <br />Roll Call; Ayes - Messrs Wedler, Bennett,Shaw, Mason, Sloan and Belzer. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion carried <br />Resolution Passed- <br />ti• <br />Tt was moved by Mr. Bennett, seconded by Mr,.Shaw, that the Resolution <br />be 'approved and passed as read. Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Wedler, Bennett, Shaw, Mason, Sloan & Belzer, <br />Nays - None. Motion carried <br />Resolution Passed <br />1.
