Litman and Mr. Relic
Mr. Prager opened the meeting by asking for comments from the floor:
Dr. Mogahl, 6879 Hickory Hill Dr., complained to Council that he
lives next door to the Hickory Hill Pumping Station and neighbor-
hood children are using it as a playground and consequently it
now looks like a cow pasture. He is afraid that it will spread
into his lawn. He said he has hollered at the children playing there
and has called the Police Department but nothing was done. He also
mentioned that an egg was thrown at his garage door and tissue was
thrown all over his shrubs. The Mayor replied that if the Police do
not actually see children vandalizing they cannot take action.
However, the Mayor said he would send a letter to the residents of
Hickory Hill asking them to keep their children off these grounds
and would also send a letter to the County to maintain the pumping
station property.
Mr. Kraus was advised by Mr. Prager that a meeting would be held
with him upon adjournment of the Council meeting.
There being no further discussion from the floor, that segment of
the meeting concluded.
Mr. Ficken, seconded by Mr. Prager, made a motion to approve the
minutes of the August l8, 1975 Regular Council Meeting.
Roll Call: .AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Ficken, Mrs. Negrelli
and Messrs., Prager and Schulte
NAYS: None
ABSTAIN: Mr. Bluhm
Motion Carried
Minutes of the August 26, 1975 Special Council Meeting would be
held for further corrections.
