i~iINUTES Ok' TIE REGULAR MEETING iKay 20, 1968 The Council of the Village of Mayfield met in regular session at the Village Hall on Monday, May 20, 196$, at 8:00 p.m., Mayor Busa presiding. The Pledge of A11,egiance to the Flag was given. Ro11 Call: Present - I~iayor Busa, Messrs. Comella, Fitz-Gerald, Jones, Donaldson, Schmidt and Davis. Absent -None I~r. Schmidt, seconded by Nir. Davis, moved that the Minutes of the April 15, 1968 meeting be accepted as written. Ro11 Call: Ayes - riessrs. Comella, Fitz-Gerald, Jones, Donaldson, Schmidt and Davis. Nays - None. Motion Carried. Minutes Accepted. Old Business• Additional gravel cai11 be placed on the drive next to the Village Ha11. New street signs have been ordered. Salt storage garage has been washed down. i~ir. Peterson reported that Worton Parlc Road has some dangerous holes that need patching. Mr. Peterson was authorized by Council to contact the con- tractor to see if he could fill the holes before he starts the paving. Mr. D'Agostino has posted a calendar in the hallway of the Village Hall for scheduling use of the Village Ha11. New Business: I~ir. Davis, seconded by Mr. Donaldson., introduced Resolution Pdo. 724, entitled: "A RESOLUTION AUTIiORIZING THE RENTAL AND ACCESS TO THE SAFE DEPOSIT VAULT." I~ir..Schmidt, seconded by Mr. Davis, moved that the rules of law requiring a P~esolution to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs. Comella, Fitz-Gerald, Jones, Donaldson, Schmidt and Davis. Nays - None. Motion Carried. Rules Suspended. Mr. Donaldson, seconded by Mr. Davis, moved that Resolution No. 724 be approved and passed as read. Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs. Comella, Fitz-Gerald, Jones, Donaldson, Schmidt and Davis. Nays - 1Qone. Alotion Carried. Resolution Passed.
