REGULAR MEETING QF CQUN:CIL <br />Mayfield Village <br />February 16, 1987 <br />The Council of Mayfield Village met in Regular Session on Monday, February <br />16, 1987, at 8:08 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Village Hall. Council <br />President, Santo Basile presided. <br />The Pledge of Allegian,ce to the F1ag was given. <br />Roll Call: Present: Mr. Basile, Mr. Etzler, Mr. Flynn, Mr. Goley, and <br />Mr. Petschauer • <br />Absent : None <br />Also Present Were . Mayor Carmen, Mr. Amendola, Mr. Feneli, Miss Heath, <br />Mr. Hovancsek, Acting Chief Mohr, and Sgt. Jay <br />CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br />Regular Meeting of Council - January 19, 1987 - Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mr. <br />Petschauer, made a motion to approve the minutes. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Minutes Approved <br />Special Meeting of Council - February 9, 1987 - Mr. Goley, seconded by Mr. <br />Flynn, made a motion to approve the minutes. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Al], <br />NAYS: None . Motion Carried <br />Minutes Approved <br />COMMENTS FROM MAYOR CARMEN <br />Mayor Carmen said he would like a brief executive session. following this <br />meeting. <br />Mayor Carmen said he would like to nominate Eunice Kalina to the Human <br />Service Director position. She has already helped out on the program <br />and he hopes Council will confirm this appointment this evening. <br />Mr. Basile, se.conded by Mr. Go1ey, made a moti.on to approve the Mayor's <br />appointment of Eunice Kalina to the Human Service Director position. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All. <br />' NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Appointment Confirmed <br />COMMENTS FROM COUNCIL PRESIDENT ETZLER <br />Mr. Basile read a letter from Jim Plastine of the Mayfield Township Historical <br />Society. The letter requested that each of the communities submit at this <br />time the proposed maintenance amount for 1987 ($2,500) to be used as part of <br />the anti-demolition.
