Council President Mark Fixler presided. <br />ROLL CALL: Present: <br />Mr. Buckholtz, Mr. Busa, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Ferrante, <br />Mr. Fixler, Mr. Marquardt and Dr. Parker <br />None <br />Mayor Rinker, NIr. Brett, Mr. Cappello, Mr. Hanculak, <br />Mr. Hovancsek, Lt. Liggett, Chief Mohr and Miss Heath <br />CONSIDERATZON OF MINUTE? <br />Special Council Meeting; - December 9, 1996 - Mr. Marquardt, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a <br />motion to approve the minutes. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Minutes Approved <br />Mayor Rinker said the tree lighting ceremony (on December 8) was nice. <br />Council President Fixler had no comments. <br />ST?NDIltiTG COMIVJ.I.?'TEE REPI?R?S ? <br />Activities Committee - Mayor Rinker said the Activities Committee is getting things organized <br />for the annual volunteer dinner on February 15. He said Donna has provided everyone with a <br />proposed calendar for 1997. Mayor Rinker said he would like feedback from everyone about <br />volunteers for committees-if anyone has expressed an interest in participating on any of the
