MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />Mayfield Village <br />July 17,1995 <br />The Council of Mayfield Village met in regular session on Monday, July 17, 1995, at <br />8:05 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Village Hall. Council President Mark Fixler <br />presided. <br />ROLL CALL: Present: Mr. Basile, Mr. Buckholtz, Mr. Busa, Mrs. Cinco, <br />Mr. Ferrante, Mr. Fixler and Mr. Flynn <br />Absent: None <br />Also Present: Mayor Rinker, Mr. Amendola, Mr. Brett, Mr. Cappello, <br />Mr. Diemert, Lt. Girbino, Mr. Hovancsek, Lt. Jay, Mr. Samac, <br />and Miss Heath <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />Ron Sobel, 837 Beech Hill Road - said he and several neighbors wished to speak <br />about the proposed lot split. <br />Council President Fixler asked if there is anyone who represents the group (who <br />could speak rather than having everyone speak.) <br />Mr. Sobel and Mr. Frabotta will speak. <br />Mr. Frabotta - 833 Beech Hill - said what the Zoning Board has approved is to put my <br />driveway over his [Mr. Koren's] utility easement and to put his driveway over my <br />utility easement. He asked if that made sense and if it made sense to make the lot <br />look like the State of Oklahoma. Mr. Frabotta said the man is allowed to build a <br />house; if he builds it on the lot as it was prior to his wanting to split it up-=Mr. <br />Frabotta said he knows why he [Mr. Koren] wants to split it up--he wants to sell <br />another lot in years to come. Frabotta said he was saying that we have too much <br />traffic coming in off Wilson Mills. Before they voted yes on this, they should have <br />taken a survey on their own to see how much traffic there is for one more house-- <br />we live on a street with about 8 houses and there is about 14 people. <br />Mayor Rinker said he is a little astounded at what Mr. Frabotta is saying and asked <br />Mr. Frabotta to refresh his memory. Mayor Rinker said he thought that at the last <br />workshop when Mr. Frabotta was present, (Mr. Sobel was unable to attend and <br />wrote us a letter indicating that he had been unable to make that meeting--but he
