MIl~TUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />Mayfield Village <br />November 15, 1999 <br />The Council of Mayfield Village met in regular session on Monday, November 15, 1999, at <br />8:00 p.m. in the Mayfield Village Senior Center/Community Room. Council President Bill <br />Marquardt presided. <br />ROLL CALL: Present: Mr. Buckholtz, Mr. Busa, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Ilacqua, <br />Mr. Marquardt, Mrs. Mills and Dr. Parker <br />Absent: None <br />Also Present: Mayor Rinker, Mr. Brett, Mr. Cappello, Lt. Dearden, <br />Mr. Hanculak, Mr. Hovancsek, Mr. Metzung, Chief Mohr, <br />Mr. Samac, Chief Stevens, Mr. Thomas and Mrs. Roman <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />OPEN PORTION <br />Linda Butler, 817 Hanover Road, said when she and her husband moved to Mayfield Village, <br />.they chose this community because of its natural ambiance. Mrs. Butler presented suggestions <br />regarding the widening of S.O.M. Center Road. One of her suggestions was for the Village to <br />put stakes in front of the Historical House to show where the widening will come. She <br />distributed a typed version of her comments which have been attached to the minutes as part of <br />the permanent record. <br />Council President Marquardt said we appreciate your input and your comments. <br />CONSIDERATION OF NIlNUTES <br />Regular Council Meeting -October 18, 1999 -Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Ilacqua, made a <br />motion to approve the minutes. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Minutes Approved <br />CONIlVIENTS FROIVIMAYOR RINKER <br />Mayor Rinker said he would like to swear in a new addition to the Police Department--Officer <br />Paul Matias. Mr. Matias has been working for the Village part-time. We have received positive <br />feedback about him and he scored well on the exam. He is a welcome addition to the <br />Department. <br />
