- ,-? t-1 <br />MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />Village of Mayfield <br />May 3, 1982 <br />The Council of the Village of Mayfield met in Special Session on Monday, <br />May 3, 1982 at 8:04 p.m. in the Village Hall. Council President, Michael <br />W. Spellman, presided. <br />Roll Call: Present: Messrs., Busa, Carmen, Etzler, Flynn, Spellman, Mrs. <br />Bloom and Mrs. Hanus <br />Absent : None <br />Also Present Were . Ma.yor Beebe, Mr. Feneli, Chief Stevens and Mrs. Ruggles <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />OPEN PORTION <br />There were no comments. <br />CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br />Board of Appeals - April 19;:1982 - Council President Spellman asked if there <br />were any corrections to these minutes. <br />Mr. Etzler stated in the last paragraph of page one - it should read "to conduct <br />a trial sale" (adding the word "trial"). <br />Council President Spellman stated, there being.no objections, the minutes will <br />stand as corrected. <br />Regular Council Meetirig = Apri1'193''1982 - Council President Spellman asked if <br />there were any corrections to these minutes. <br />There being no objections, Council President Spellman stated the minutes will <br />stand as wr.itten. <br />Special Council Meeting - April'239'1982- Council President Spellman asked if <br />there were any corrections to these minutes. <br />Council President Spellma.n stated on page three, after "motion carried" on <br />the first roll call, "ordinance passed" shoul-d read "'resolution passed". <br />Mr. Carmen stated on page five, fourth paragraph, "...advisory" should read <br />"advisor."
