.? _ti_ 0 <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />Village of Mayf ield <br />September 20, 1982 <br />The Council of the Village of Mayf ield met in Regular Session on Monday, <br />September 20, 1982 at 8:08 p.m, in the Village Hall. Council President, <br />Michael W. Spellman, presided. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />Roll Call: Present: Mrs. Bloom, Mrs. Hanus, Messrs., Busa, Carmen, Etzler, <br />Flynn, Spellman <br />Absent : None <br />Also Present Were . Mayor Beebe, Messrs., Amendola, Feneli, Hovancsek, <br />Acting Chief Stevens, Firef ighter Mohr, Mrs. Ruggles, <br />Mrs. Maynard <br />OPEN PORTION <br />Dr. George Cody, Deputy Director of International Trade, Office of Economic <br />Development, stated he is present per the request of.Edward Feighan. He <br />works for the Board.of County Commissioners and is available to respond to <br />any questions regarding County programs: . <br />Mrs. Bloom asked if Mr. Cody could check into the $8,000.00 owed Mayf ield <br />Village by the Cleveland Water Department. <br />Mr. Cody said he represents the Cuyahoga County Government but will check into <br />the matter. They were able to resolve a similar issue. <br />Mr. Busa asked what-action could be taken regarding the condition of the County <br />roads in Mayfield Village; especially Wilson Mills due to the repair of sewers. <br />Mr. Amendola said they were told there is supposed to be pavement improvement <br />made but it's an interim period. He asked what could be.done when the large <br />chuckholes form. <br />Mr. coay to discuss the matter further with Mr. Amendola. <br />Mr. Hovancsek asked the status of the Interstate Transfer Fund money to do some <br />of the resurfacing projects in Cuyahoga County. He questioned if money would <br />be available for work to be done this fall. <br />Mr. Cody said he is not sure of the status and will get back to Mr. Hovancsek.
