<br />MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />Village of Mayf ield <br />October 4, 1982 <br />The Council of the Village of Mayf ield met in Speeial Session on Monday, <br />October 4, 1982 at 8:12 p.m. in the Village Hall.. Council President, <br />Michael W. Spellman, presided. ' <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was givena <br />Roll Call: Present: Messrs., Busa, Etzler, Flynn, Spellma.n, Mrs. Bloom, <br />and Mrs. Hanus <br />Absent : Mr.,Carmen <br />Also Present Were . Mayor Beebe, Mr. Amendola, Mr. Feneli, Mr. Hovancsek, <br />Mrs. Ruggles, Mrs. Maynard, Mr. Toth, Chief Hejcl and <br />Chief Stevens' <br />OPEN PORTION <br />Eunice"Brichacek, 6568 tiJilson Mi11s'Road, questioned if the Village had any <br />plans to plant new trees on.the soutli side of Wilson Mills since the previous <br />trees had died. <br />Mr. Amendola explained his requested budget for trees had been cut in half; <br />therefore at the present time there are no plans.to plant new trees on Wilson <br />Mills. <br />Council President Spellman stated the matter will be looked into. <br />CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br />Regular Meeting of Council - September 20;. 1982 - Council President Spellman <br />noted the typographical error on page nine = is should be if. He stated <br />hearing no further corrections the minutes wiil stand approved as written. <br />COMMITTEES, BOARDS AND COMMISSION REPORTS <br />There were no reports. <br />Council President Spellman stated that if there were no objections he would <br />like to amend the agenda to discuss the "Old Business" at this time. He said <br />the items listed on the agenda (other than the ordinances and resolutiona <br />listed) will be discussed at the Council Caucus following this meeting. <br />There were no objections.
