11 <br />rTINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />Mayfield Village <br />February 18, 1985 <br />The Council of the Village of Mayfield met in Regular Session.on Monday, <br />February 18, 1985., at 8 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Village Hall. <br />Council President Richard C. Etzler presided. <br />The pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />RolT Call: Present: Mrs. Bloom, messrs., Basile, Etzler, Flynn, and Goley <br />Absent : None <br />Also Present Were . Mayor Carmen, Mr. Amendoxa, Mr. Feneli (8:05), Mr. <br />Hovancsek, Mr. Toth, Chief Hejcl, and Acting Chief <br />Smith. <br />OPEN PORTION <br />Mr. Feneli introduced 3i11 Dugovics (in the audience) who assists his firm. <br />He said anyone may contact her'if they need assistance when he is unavailable. <br />CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br />Regular Meeting of Council - January 21, 1985 - Mr. Basile, seconded by Mrs. <br />Bloom, made a motion to approve the minutes as written. <br />Roll Call: AYES : All <br />NAYS : None Motion Carried <br />Minutes Approved <br />MAYQR'S COMMENTS <br />Mayor Carmen had no comments9 <br />COUNCIL PRESIDENT'S COMMENTS <br />Mr. Etzler noted a change in committee assignments. Mr. Goley is unable to <br />attend the M.A.R.C. meetings due to a conflict in his schedule. Henceforth <br />Mr.•Etzler will be the Council representative to M.A.R.C. and Mr. Goley will <br />be the Council Representative to the Cemetery Committee. <br />DEPARTMENT HEAD REPORTS <br />Acting Chief Smtih asked if Mayor Carmen and Council received the correspondence <br />from Chief Stevens regarding the replacement of the destroyed radios.and the <br />detailed information pertaining to the replacement of police cars. <br />Mayor Carmen said they received the correspondence and will act on the replace- <br />ment of the destroyed radios this evening. They will be discussing the <br />replacement of the police cars. ;
