45 <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />Mayfield Village <br />April 21, 1986 <br />The Council of the Village of Mayfield met in Regular Session on Monday, <br />April 21, 1986, at 8:.15 p.m. iri the Council Chambers at the Village Ha11. <br />Council President, Richard C. Etzler, presided. <br />Roll Call: Present: Mr. Etzler, Mr. Flynn, Mr. Petschauer <br />Absent : Mr. Basile, and Mr. Goley <br />Also Present Were . Mayor Carmen, Mr. Amendola, Mr. Hovancsek, Mr. Toth, <br />Chief Hejcl, and Chief Stevens. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />OPEN PORTION: <br />Mr. Pat Caticchio, said he did not have an opportunity to send a letter to <br />Council requesting to be on the agenda regarding Hanover Woods, but had a <br />couple of items to be discussed with Council. <br />Mayor Carmen asked the nature of the items.. <br />Mr. Caticchio said: 1) Approval of the revised plans for Hanover Woods <br />2) Establishment of a first response between the <br />communities of Mayfield Village and Gates Mills <br />for Subdivision Two (since it is half in each <br />community:) <br />Mayor Carmen said he felt it would be best to invite Mr. Caticchio to be <br />present at the May Caucus. He will distribute information to Council <br />regarding these items. The revised plans must be approved by the Planning <br />and Zoning Commission. <br />CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES: <br />Council as a Board of Appeals, March`.17, 1986 - Mr. Etzler, seconded by Mr. <br />Petschauer, made the motion to approve the minutes. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Minutes Approded <br />Regular. Meeting of Council, March 17, 1986 - Mr. Petschauer, secanded by Mr. <br />Flynn, made a motion to approve the minutes.
