<br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />Mayfield Village <br />March 19, 1990 <br />The Council of Mayfield Village met in Regular Session on Monda.y, Maich 19, 1990, at <br />8:02 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Village Hall. Council President Lillian M. Mills <br />presided. <br />Roll Call: Present: Mr. Basile, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Fenante, Mr. Flynn, Mrs. Mills, Mr. <br />Pietrafese, Mr. Rinker <br />Absent: None <br />Also Present Were: Mayor Carmen, Mr. Amendola, Mr. Hovancsek, Mr. Patrick, Mr. <br />Ramos, Chief Mohr, Sgt. Det. Smith, and Miss Heath. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />OPEN PORTION <br />There were no comments. <br />CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br />Regular Council Meering - Februarv 19, 1990 - Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mr. Basile, made <br />a morion to approve the minutes. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Minutes Approved <br />COMMENTS FROM MAYOR CARMEN <br />Mrs. Mills stated that Mayor Carmen will arrive shortly. <br />COMMENTS FROM COUNCIL PRESIDENT MILLS <br />Mrs. Mills had no comment at this time. <br />DEPARTMENT HEAD REPORTS: <br />Mr. Ramos said he wants to make sure that Council has the correct numbers on the <br />legislation he just put on their desks. He read the titles and the numbers for the legislation. <br />He said that they should destroy the legislation for the fire department car since they plan to <br />reject the bids. <br />STANDING COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />Architectural Review Board - Mr. Amendola reported that the Board approved an <br />enclosure for a sun room at their last meering. <br />Board of Appeals - Mr. Amendola said there was no requirement for a meeting.
