V75 <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />Mayfield Village <br />October 16, 1989 <br />The Council of Mayfield Village met in Regular Session on Monday, <br />October 16, 1989, at 8 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Mayfield <br />Village Hall. Council President Santo Basile presided. <br />Roll Call: Present: Mr. Basile, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Flynn, Mrs. Mills, <br />Mr. Petschauer, Mr. Rinker, and Mr. Santoro <br />Absent : None <br />Also Present Were . Mayor Carmen, Mr. Amendola, Mr. Hovancsek (8:05 <br />p.m.), Mr. Patrick, Mr. Ramos, Chief Stevens <br />8:05 p.m.), and Miss Heath <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />CONSIDER.ATION OF MINUTES: <br />Reeular Council Meeting - September 18, 1989 - Mrs. Mills, seconded by <br />Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to approve the minutes. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Minutes Approved <br />Special Council Meeting - October 2, 1989 - Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. <br />Santoro, made a motion to approve the minutes. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Minutes Approved <br />COMMENTS FROM MAYOR CARMEN <br />Mayor Carmen had no comment. <br />COMMENTS FROM COUNCIL PRESIDENT BASILE <br />Mr. Basile asked what is happening with the fence on Hickory Hill. <br />Mr. Amendola said that Dr. Brooks had just advised him that the <br />engineer that surveyed it has refused to put in the center pin until he <br />paid them $700-800. He is going to try to get another surveyor to put <br />the center pin in but nothing can be done until the center pin is put <br />in. <br /> Mayor Carmen said he understood that the fence was put in without a <br /> permit and without obtaining prior approval and that the Board of <br /> Appeals turned down the request. He asked why we wouldn't tell them <br /> that the fence must come down. <br /> Mr. Amendola said that we do not know where the property line is. <br /> Chief Stevens and Mr. Hovancsek arrive d at this time. (8:05 p. m.)
