~~~ MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF COUNCIL Village of~Mayfield June; 25 , 1980 , The Council of: the Village .of Mayfield met in regular session on Wednesday, June 25, 1980 at 8:15 P.M. in the Village Hall. Council President Alan Bennett presided.-: ~_. _ The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. Rol1:Ca11:~: Pr.esen.t: Messrs.,.Bennett, Carmen, Spel~lman,~Flynn and Miss Trask _ Absent: Mrs. Hanus 1 1 Also Present: OPEN PORTION• Mayor Beebe, Mr. Beatty, Mr. Amendola, Mr. Feneli, Mr. Foltz and:Mr. Hovancsek Mr..Bill Macquard, 6698 Wildwood Tr a~il;:stated.:he had .presented a suggestion.-to.Council at.their last caucus regarding the closing off of Wildwood at Zorn Lane. Mr. Feneli stated he still..had to researchhthe matter before he could give Mr. Macquard the answer. Should have an answer by the July 14, 1980 Caucus.. Mr. Macquard also questioned the responsibility.of the replacement of trees in the tree lawns. Over 50/ are dead. Mr. Amendola stated that it is the Developer's responsibility to replace these as half were dead at the time of the initial planting. Mr. Bennett asked if the model home that burned is being repaired. Mr. Amendola replied that the- sodding of the ..l awn .has been= completed and he is to make the-electrical inspection.-.tomorrow. There being no further comments, that portion of the meeting closed. Mr. Bennett stated that with no objections, he would like to amend the agenda and use his as .a few :items had been:_omitted. There were no objections. CONSIDERATION OF .MINUTES _ ..
