--- ~ . _ <br />----~~~ _ <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />Village of Mayfield <br />December 15, 1980 <br />The Council of the Village of Mayfield met in regular session <br />on Monday, December '15, 1980 at 8:00 P.M. in the Village Hall. <br />Council. President Pro-Tem Lawrence J. Flynn presided. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />Roll Call: Present: Messrs., Busa, Carmen, Flynn, Spellman, <br />Mrs. Hanus and Miss Trask <br />Absent: Mr. Bennett <br />Also Present Were Mayor Beebe, Messrs., Amendola, Feneli, <br />Foltz, Hovancsek,' Sgt. John Jay, and <br />Firefighter Mohr. <br />OPEN PORTION;: <br />There being no comments, that portion of the meeting closed. <br />CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES: <br />Regular Council Meeting of November 17, 1980 - <br />Mr. Flynn stated corrections had been made and there being no <br />objections, the minu tes stand as corrected. <br />Special Council Meeting of December 8,1980 - <br />Council reviewed the minutes. Mr. Flynn stated there would <br />be a change on page one, that being Mr. Feneli to Mr. Avery, <br />and there being no other corrections, the minutes stand approved <br />as written. <br />MAYOR'S COMMENTS <br />Mayor Beebe stated he would like to announce that Mre Bennett <br />is: ill and Mr. Flynn as President Pro-Tem would be chairing the <br />meeting. <br />Mayor Beebe stated he would like to acknowledge the Kiwani's Club <br />Members, particularly Mr. Joseph Zucker, for their help with the <br />pancake breakfast on November 9, 1980. He stated the total income <br />from the Breakfast was $692.00, less $472.90 total expenses. He <br />asked Mr. Zucker to come forward for presentation of the check. <br />1 <br />
