MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF COUNCIL _ Village of Mayfi.eld June 15, 1981 The Council of the Village of Mayfield met in regular session on Monday, June 15, 1981, at 8:07 P.M. in the Village Hall, Council President, Lawrence J. Flynn, presided. The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. , Roll Call: Present: Messrs., Busa, Carmen, Flynn, Spellman, Mrs. Hanus and Miss Trask . Absent : None Also Present.Were . Mayor Beebe, Messr-s., Amendola, Feneli, Hovancsek, Cliief Stevens, Dave Mohr (in -place of:Chief Hejcl) and Eloise Maynard. OPEN PORTION Mr. Bill Marauardt, 6698 Wildwood Trail, stated that he is concerned about the replacement of the dead-ttees on Wildwood and Timberline Trails,.also about the maintenance of the entrance way to Airitree-North from S.O.M. Center Road. Mayor Beebe stated that the developer has inferred to Mr. Amendola that People's Homes no longer has an obligation to maintain the trees. He stated that the Law Director is.checking into the matter as the developer may still be liable. Mayor Beebe 'stated that regardirig:_the marker.s __at.-the. e.ntr-arice -way -to -Aintree North, that the Law Department.is reviewing the_deed regarding the reference to how lotig the developer is to maintain the area. Mr. Feneli stated that it is his understanding that the developer had discussed with Mr. Amendola to have the Uillage replace the - trees and that.they would reimburse the Village at a later date. He stated that this procedure would.be totally unacceptable to' him and that he will be contacting Pat Caticchio to discuss the matter further. He stated that Mr. Caticchio will be out of town until th'is Wednesday or Thursday, but he. will be in touch with him. Mr.: Feneli .stated that :ther.e ,is? also a question of whose responsibility it is to maintain the corner at the entrance way to _Aintree Nor.th.
