MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />Thursday, November 5, 2009 - 5:30 p.m. <br />Mayfield Village Civic Hall <br />The Council of Mayfield Village met in special session on Thursday, November 5, 2009 at <br />approximately 5:35 p.m. Council President Buckholtz called the meeting to order. <br />ROLL CALL: Present: Mr. Buckholtz, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Marquardt, <br />Mrs. Mills and Dr. Parker (5:40 p.m.) <br />Absent: Mr. Marrie and Mr. Saponaro <br />Also Present: Mayor Rinker, Mr. Wynne, Ms. Calta <br />Chief Dearden, Chief Mohr, Mr. Thomas, <br />Mrs. Kalina and Mrs. Betsa <br />OPEN PORTION <br />3-minute limit imposed by Chair. Those who wish to speak must first state their name and address. <br />There were no comments from the audience. <br />Mrs. Cinco complimented Mr. Thomas on the Winter issue of the Parks and Recreation brochure. <br />Mrs. Mills agreed. <br />Mr. Thomas reported that this will be the last issue that you will see full color. He recommends that <br />the front inside and out covers with advertising be in color. Everything else in between will be black <br />and white. We will save about $2,900.00. <br />Council President Buckholtz stated that is a very good idea. <br />Council President Buckholtz stated Dr. Parker is running a few minutes late. We are waiting for him <br />to get here so that we have a quorum to vote on one piece of legislation. Council President <br />Buckholtz opened the floor for any other issues which need to be discussed. There were no <br />additional items to discuss. <br />Dr. Parker arrived at the meeting.
