This presentation is hopefully the final product .
of many weeks of ineetings and conversations.
Mr. Renzi stated he would like to take you through briefly the site layout. Mr. DiFranco is the
Civil Engineer with Richard Bowen and will get into a little more detail about the site, also the
floor plans and the exterior design.
Most of you have seen the plans before. It has not really changed too much from the original
design in our proposal. The layout is virtually the same. We have the proper setback off of
SOM. We have an entrance off of the driveway with visitor parking in front of the entry. The
entry to the facility is on the north side of the building. That allows us to provide access for the
cruiser and staff cars toward the back of the building where it is not interfering with visitors. He
knows you don't always have a lot of visitors, but this will keep them separate.
