MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF COUNCII, <br />Mayfield Village Civic Hall <br />Wednesday, March 29, 2006 <br />The Council of Mayfield Village met in special session for a Special Meeting of <br />Council on Wednesday, March 29, 2006, at 7:04 p.m. in Mayfield Village Civic Hall. <br />Council President Buckholtz called the meeting to order: <br />ROLL CALL: Present: William Buckholtz, William Marquardt, <br />Thomas Marrie, Lillian (Patsy) Mills, <br />Joanne Cinco, Dr. Stephan Parker <br />and Joseph Saponaro <br />Also Present: Mayor Bruce G. Rinker, Mr. Brett, <br />Mr. Metzung, Ms. Calta and Mrs. Betsa <br />. A motion to amend the agenda for the purpose of adding the Third Reading of <br />Ordinance No. 2005-18. <br />Mr. Buckholtz asked for a motion to amend the agenda for the purpose of adding <br />the Third Reading of Ordinance No. 2005-18. <br />Mr. Saponaxo, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to amend the agenda for <br />the purpose of adding the Third Reading of Ordinance No. 2005-18. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Motion Approved <br />Agenda Amended <br />• A motion to authorize a change order for the fencing contract to Anchor <br />Fencing in the amount of $2,433.04 (additional amount: $1,889.04 for two <br />gates, $604.00 for 16 feet of fence - total project amount: $35,349.00). <br />Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to authorize a change <br />order for the fencing contract to Anchor Fencing in the amount of $2,433.04 (additional <br />amount: $1,829.04 for two gates, $604.00 for 16 feet of fence - total project amount: <br />$35,349.00). <br />Mr. Buckholtz asked if there were any comments.
