MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />May 8, 2006 <br />Mayfield Village Civic Hall <br />The Council of 1Vfayfield Village met in special session on Monday, May 8, 2006, in the <br />Mayfield Village Civic Hall. Council President Buckholtz called the meeting to order at <br />8:02 p.m.. <br />ROLL CALL: Present: 1VIr. Buckholtz, Mrs., Cinco, Mr. Marquardt, Mr. Marrie, <br />Mrs. Mills, Dr. Paxker (8:15 PM) and Mr. Saponaro <br />Absent: None <br />Also Present: Mayor Rinker, Mr. Brett, Mr. Cappello, <br />Chief Dearden, Mr. Diemert, Mr. Marrelli, Mr. Metzung, <br />Mr. Thomas and Mrs. Skomrock <br />Mrs. Skomrock advised that Mr. Chapman had called and advised he could not attend the <br />meeting. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />• A motion to authorize an expenditure in an amount not to exceed $100,000 for the <br />annual allocation to Mayfield Schools <br />Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to authorize an expenditure in an amount <br />not to exceed $100,000 for the annual allocation to Mayfield Schools. <br />Mr. Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. <br />Mr. Brett stated that this was our part of the original 1992 CRA with Progressive at 6300 Wilson. <br />Mills Road and it will not exceed $ 100,000. <br />Mrs. Cinco asked how many more years to go. -- <br />Mr. Brett advised unti12009. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Mr. Buckholtz, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Marquardt, Mr. Marrie, <br />Mrs. Mills, and Mr. Saponaro <br />NAYS: None <br />ABSENT: Dr. Parker Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized
