MINUTES OF TAE SPECIAL MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />Mayfield Village Civic Hall <br />Monday, July 7, 2014 - Immediately Following Caucus <br />The Council of Mayfield Village met in Special Session on Monday, July 7, 2014 at Mayfield <br />Village Civic Hall. Council President Buckholtz called the meeting to order at 8:36 p.m. <br />ROLL CALL: Present: Mr. Buckholtz, Mr. Jerome, Mr. Marquardt, <br />Mr. Marrie, Mrs. Mills, Dr. Parker and Mr. Saponaro <br />Also Present: Mr. Wynne, Ms. Calta, Chief Edelman, <br />Chief Carcioppolo, Mr. Marrelli, Mr. Metzung, <br />Mr. Thomas, Mr. Cappello, NIr. Dinazdo, <br />Ms. Wolgamuth and Mrs. Betsa <br />Absent: Mayor Rinker and NIr. Esborn <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />OPEN PO?TION u ;; <br />. 3 minute limit imposed by Chair. Those who wish to speak must first state their name and <br />address. <br />There were no comments. <br />Motion to authorize expenditure in an amount not to exceed $80,000 to Wichert- <br />Insurance for 2014-2015 properly and casualty insurance renewal. <br />Dr. Parker, seconded by Mr. Jerome, made a motion to authorize expenditure in an amount not to <br />exceed $80,000 to Wichert Insurance for 2014-2015 property and casualty insurance renewal. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked, any further discussion? There was none. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />' NAYS: None Expenditure Authorized <br />• Motion to allow injury leave compensation for up to 60 days to Service Department <br />seasonal employee who sustained an on-duty injury on June 19, 2014. Payment to <br />commence on June 20, 2014 at 66.667% of his base hourly rate. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a motion to a11ow injury leave compensation for up to <br />60 days to Service Department seasonal employee who sustained an on-duty injury on June 19, <br />2014.
