Regular Council. <br />3/21/OS <br />Page 1 <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />March 21, 2005 <br />Mayfield Village Community Room <br />The Council of Mayfield Village met in regular session on Monday, March 21, 2005, at <br />8:09 p.m. in the Mayfield Village Senior Center/Community Room. Council President <br />Buckholtz called the meeting to order. <br />ROLL CALL: Present: Mr. Buckholtz, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Marquardt, Mr. Marrie, <br />Mrs. Mills, and Mr. Saponaro <br />Absent: Dr. Parker <br />Also Present: Mayor Rinker, Mr. Brett, Mr. Cappello, Mr. Chapman, <br />Chief Dearden, Mr. Marrelli, Mr. Metzung, Chief Mohr, <br />Mr. Thomas and Mrs. Roman <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />5-minute limit imposed by Chair. Those who wish to speak must first state their name and address. <br />Council President Buckholtz said thanks; actually we've been looking at that; the issue has been raised. <br />Marge Eisenberg, 6782 Seneca Road said last year my husband and I went through Beachwood <br />around Labor Day and they had Family Days and everybody was able to swim. I would like to request <br />that we extend our Family Days and our pool. I noticed our pool closes very early. I think we could get <br />someone to man the pool from Cleveland State or Case Western Reserve and we could keep our pool <br />open until at least Labor Day. That would be nice for the children and everyone. <br />CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES: <br />Regular Council Meeting - Februarv 21, 2005 <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to approve the minutes. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Minutes Approved <br />COIVIMENTS FROM MAYOR RINKER <br />Mayor Rinker expressed wishes for a happy spring. Bill Marquardt is the proud grandfather of a <br />young granddaughter. I have some sad news as well. We just found out today that Susan <br />Harrison's father passed away suddenly. Donna has sent around a notice. The wake is tomorrow <br />from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Fioritto Funeral Home.
