Bierman <br />moved to refer the alternate number 2 proposal of the Deerpath Subivi- <br />sion number 6, located north of I-480 to the Board of Zoning Appeals <br />with a recommendation for approval, seconded by J. Thomas. Roll call <br />on motion: Bierman, Thomas, Beck, and Burns, Yes. Gorris and <br />Traczyk, no. Motion passed. <br />V. COMMUNICATIONS: <br />Mr. Burns requested:that copies of the letter thanking Mrs. Brown and Mr. <br />Wixted for their service to the Planning Commission be attached to these <br />minutes. <br />VI: COMMITTEE REPORTS: <br />No items. <br />VII. NEW BUSINESS: <br />Mr. Gorris suggested that the Building Department not accept any plans <br />which are rtot' to scaTe and are to be .referred .to Planning :Co,mmission <br />The members agreed that such plans are not acceptable. <br />Mr. Bierman and the other members welcomed Mr. Betts to the Planning <br />Commission. <br />In reference to the property adjacent to the Cheradon Plaza proposal <br />discussed earlier, Mr. Betts moved to ask the Building Department to send <br />a letter to Grestmont regarding the tree ordinance in reference to the <br />pine trees on their property, seconded by J. Thomas, and unanimously <br />approved. <br />VIII. OLD BUSINESS: <br />No items. <br />IX. ADJOURNMENT: <br />J. Burns moved to excuse the absence of Mr. Morgan, seconded by B.
