<br />PLANNING COMMISSTON MAY 12, 1987 PAGE 5 <br />An invitation from Mayor Petrigac to attend a combined meeting of the Boards: <br />and Commission on May 27th at 7:30 p,m: <br />A letter from Sunita Patel commending the Commission for their concern for <br />conservation of trees. <br />A letter from Nancy Hendricks commending the Commission on the commercial <br />growth of the city. <br />A copy of a letter from J. Hevelone, President of Timber Trails Homeowners <br />Association advising the Mayor of the continuing problems at the Nightfall <br />? Night club, in spite of a June lst deadline to bring property into conformance. <br />VI.i COMMITTEE REPORTS: <br />No items. <br />VIi,; NEW BUSINESS; <br />Chairman Burns advised that he and other representatives of the City met with <br />Biskind De.velopment Company to review new.:proposals for the Corporate Center <br />including tlie area' across Country Cl.ub Blvd. During the discussion various <br />other i_deas were mentioned: revisions to the requirements in the Mixed Use <br />district, the possibility of Planning Commission having the authority to <br />landbank parking spaces; the forester's authority; a r?umbering system for <br />a.ll plans going tlirough the Boards. The possible rezoning of several areas <br />irt the ci.ty w-as discussed at this time. Mr. Thomas suggested that the <br />Comm3,ssion should define its goals for the May 27th meeting. ' <br />VIII. OLD BUSINESS: <br />No items <br />IX. ADJOURNMENT : <br />B. Gorris moved to excuse the absence of T. Morgan, seconded by M.
