Law Director Dubelko <br />stated that in Nightfall's case this proposal was part of what the court <br />had required previously. <br />Mr. Thomas suggested that the Commission should be more consistant re- <br />garding the width of drives required. Chairman Burns agreed th at at times <br />the Commission h as not been consistant and explained that in some cases, <br />the Commission suggests that the drives be changed from what the code <br />actually required,.the developer may or may not agree. The Commission <br />would like some direction from the Building Department in this area and <br />could possible set up a committee to explore changes to these codes. <br />yIII.
