Giesserr, attorney, presented revised plans explaining that plans now
only show a 4,000 squaxe foot storage area for Drug Mart, and that the
se.cond addition for the farm market and Dairy Queen have been eliminated
in order to conform to the set tiack and loading zone requirements..
City Engineer Schaller stated that there was now a 78 foot set back from
the'zone line in the area in question allowing for a'.loadirig area which
wi.ll not encroach into the 50 foot set back. Mr.-Giesser does not believe
that any additi.onal lighting will be installed. The mechanical plans
-were not.avai.lalile and he was adv3sed that this information should be
presented*to the Architectural Board of Review. M. The metal buildings'are pre-
engineered and the number of units would be flexible, the maximum number
would be 500. The front office portion of the b uilding will 1ie split
face block or b rick. After further review it was determined.th at the
rear driveways were on residentially zoned property which is not per-
mitted, and since thi:s could change the feasibility of the proposal,
Mr. Neff decided to withdraw the proposal.
