The Commission agreed that a 20 foot drive was too <br />narrow and believed that a 28 foot drive with a 40 foot apron should be <br />satisfactory. T. Morgan moved to approve the changes requested.for Space <br />Age Industrial Design which includes the increase from two to three air <br />conditioners, with the condition that they be painted to match the mansard, <br />if visible, or screened for sound, if necessary and that the Building <br />Department review the conformance of the roof top units to to the noise <br />ordinance; to ag,prove the elimination of the 15 accent lights mounted <br />under the overhang and the addition of one pole light on the west half of <br />the building; and to approve.the shifting of the driveway in order to <br />save the e xisting trees, that the width of this drive is not to exceed <br />28 feet with an apron wh3ch is not to exceed 40 feet in width, and that <br />the driveway is to be placed:-somewhere within the 34 foot area of the con-- <br />struction drive, seconded by B. Gorris. Roll call on motion: Morgan, <br />Gorris, Thomas, and Burns, yes. Mr.-Bierman, no. Motion carried. <br />IV. NEW'DEvELOPMENTS AND SUBDTVT.STONS: <br />lv0 l:tem.S , <br />V. COMMUNICATIONS: <br />? <br />A copy, of a letter received by the Mayor from the Regional Planning Commission <br />offering membership for the coming year and including a cony of their annual <br />report. I <br />VI. COMMITTEE REPORTS: <br />No items. <br />VII. NEW BUSINESS: <br />B. Gorris moved to cancel the December 22nd meeting, seconded by J. Thomas, <br />and unanimously approved. <br />VIII. OLD BUSINESS: <br />No items. <br />IX. ADJOURNMENT: <br />J. Burns moved to excuse the absence of Mrs. Traczyk and Mr. Betts, <br />seconded`by B.
