Pattison moved to approve proposal based on the photographs sub-
mitted and with the understanding that we are looking at the red roofed
scheme and that roof is sufficient to conceal the small piece of
mechanical equipment on the roof and to point out to the PTanning
Commission that there may be more spaces shown just to meet code, and
not necessarily to meet the required use, and that if they would con-
sider waiving a couple of the front spaces we could get more landscaping,
less paving, seconded by J. Britton, and unanimously approved.
7) Mirrors on the Strip, 25984 Lorain Rd,
Proposal to construct deck for outdoor eating area.
