The facia
will -probably be extended around the side, but he is not sure if it
is presently on the back wall, if it is there now, he will continue
the treatment on the rear. Dumpster enclosure will match the block
and will be located in the rear with the employee narking; this area
is reached by access through the Carriage Plaza on Lorain Road. They
had originally planned to screen the parking area with arborvitae which
would extend the screening nlanned for Carriage Plaza, but the adjacent
neighbors had preferred a 6 foot board on board fence. Mr. Zergott
stated that the plantings might not be maintained and Board agreed
that fence would be preferable. B. Zergott moved to apnrove with
the condition that a 6 foot board on board fence be required along the
parking area instead of the arborvitae and that the blue trim be in-
cluded on the side elevation and nossibly ori the rear if it is there
now, seconded b_y B. Zergott, and unanimously approved.
2) John Knox Presbyterian Church, 25200 Lorain Road
Proposal to construct additions.
Heard by Planning Commission October 13, 1987.
