Y?. <br />BOARD 0F ZONING APPE,ALS <br />NOVEMBER li, 1987 <br />PAGE 6 <br />to build apartments from fi,ye to seven stories, he maintained that at one time <br />a six story building was approved in this location by the city. They are now <br />asking the city to approve a 3 story, 54 unit apartment building, which at a <br />future date would be converted to.condominiums as well as a variance from the <br />50 foot side _yazd which is adjacent to a paved parking lot for the John Knox <br />Church which`is on residentially zoned property. After some discussion, Mr. <br />Mongello stated that the developer would present the proposal to the condominium <br />owners at a private meeting... The Board agreed to contine the item until this <br />meeting takes place. B. Grace moved to continue the Columbia Village, phase III <br />request until the next meeting so that the residents and develoners.can meet <br />privately, seconded by R. Bugala, and unanimously approved. Building Commis- <br />sioner-Conway advised that the next meeting would be on December 2nd, however, <br />the residents will not be notirifed for a continued item. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 9:30 p.m. <br />, <br />Ulk <br />C.
