Note: <br />existing shed to be removed. <br />Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. The oath <br />was administered to Mr. and Mrs. Ice. Mr. Bugala stated that he has no <br />problem with the location and the other members agreed. C. Remmel moved to <br />grant the location variance for the tool shed,. seconded by R. Bugala, and <br />unanimously approved. Location variance granted. Mr. Ice stated he has <br />a large lot and a tractor, and if he can only have a 100 square foot shed <br />the tractor would take un half of the svace. He also believes that this <br />style of shed compliments his house. Ch airman Remmel stated that the Board <br />rarely grants a size variance unless the lot is several acres. Mr,.Ice stated <br />that he has a 1 acre lot. R. Bugala moved to grant the 92 square foot vari- <br />ance for a tool shed for Ronald Ice at 3753 Columbia Road, seconded by C. <br />Remmel. Roli call on motion: Bugala, Remmel, Gomersall, and Grace, no: <br />r4otion failed to nass. Variance denied. <br />11. Leo Martynowski, 29708 Lorain Road. <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request 79 foot variance f.or length of <br />privacy screen around patio. Violation of Ord. 97-93, Section 1135.02(g). <br />'(Residential use in a General Retail District, Section 1139.02 (b)1). <br />Chairman Remmel called all i.nterested parties before the Board. The oath was <br />administered to IMr. and Mrs. Mart_ynowski who explained that they are trying <br />to separate their patio from their business which is in the rear of the <br />property. R. Gomersall moved to grant the request for the 79 foot variance <br />for the length of privacy screen around the patio for Leo Martynowski, <br />29708 Lorain Road, seconded by R.
