COMMITTEE REPORTS: <br />No items: <br />VII. OLD BUSINESS: <br />Mr. Morgan reported that the Commission met at 7:00 p.m, to discuss the proposed <br />Chapter 1126. of the Zoning Codes, as well as a discussion of the suggestions <br />of Mr. Conway relative to streamlining the Planning Commission application <br />process. The members have agreed to meet at 7000 p.m. for the next three <br />meeting to continue these discussions. An invitation will be extended to the <br />members of the BZD Committee to attend and all pertinent information will be <br />foYtaarded to them. . <br />Mr. Thomas read his response to Mrs. Jira's letter read at the last meeting. <br />In reference to the planning study mentioned at a previous meeting, Mr. Betts <br />offered to participate in such a study. Mr. Morgan is concerned that the Commission does not have the resources follow through on such a plan and <br />would need.input from some professional planner. Mr. Gorris suggested that <br />Mr: Betts could write a mission statement on what should be accomplished. <br />The Commission discussed a previous study that was made, but was never cour <br />pleted because of lack of fundinge <br />Building Commissioner Conway advised that he has received a copyo uf zoning <br />ordinances for townhouses and cluster homes from Tdestlake; but he is still <br />waiting for a copy .f.rom Rocky River.
