PLANNING COM.NIISSTON. to stud_y: Ord. 88-34, an ordinance amending Section 1139.08 of the North -- Olmsted Zoning Code, enti:tled."Access Located Within District."; Ord. 88-36, an ordinance creating a new paragraph (C) to Section 1139.04 of the Zoning Code, entitled "Setback," and also providing for thirty five foot set back areas in Retail Business Dzstricts when certain conditions are met; and Ord 88-37, an ordinance creating new Section 1161.081, amending Section 1161.09(A),.and creating.new paragraph (F) of_ Section.1161.12 of the Zoning Code, all of which concern granting to the Planning Commission authority to vary the Zoning Code requirements for parking, access drives, and loading facilfities, under certain specified conditions. Copies of these vill be - sent to the members and discussed at the next meeting. Brochure from the Planning and Zoning Committee for Land Use advising of various seminars. Trlr. Conway_has given:the Commission,copies of planning criteria pertaining to cluster homes from Westlake and Racky River previousl_y and'will be submitting one from Bay Village at the next meeting. VI. COMNiITTEE REPORTS: Mr. Bierman advi:sed that the Landmarks Commission had met on March,14th and has decided to change the lettering on the Historical Districts signs.to yellow instead of the blue now used.
