Betts, R. Bierman, B.. Gorris, J. Thomas, E. Traczyk, and <br />T. Morgan <br />Also Present: Assistant Law Director J. Dubelko, Building Commissioner <br />Conwa,y, Consulting Citv Engineer T. Boyer, and Clerk of <br />Commissions B. Oring. <br />II. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: J. Thomas'moved to apurove the Planning Commission minutes o'f May 10,'1988, <br />as presented, seconded by R. Bierman, and unaiiimously app'roved. <br />III. BUILDING DEPARTMENT REQUESTS: 1) Aquasonic Auto Wash, 2880 LorainRoad ' <br />Proposal to construct car wash with convenience/gift store and gas station <br />Variance granted by the Board of Zoning Appeals Anril 6, 1988. <br />(Heard by the Architectural Board of Review May 18, 1988) <br />No renresentative was present; proposal was called several times during <br />the meeting. It was decided that this item must be rescheduled fo'r <br />another meeting. <br />2) P. J. Mclnt_yre's, 5281 Great Northern Mall <br />Pronosal to install fence for outdoor eating area. <br />(Heard by the Architectural Board of Review May'18, 1988). <br />Mr. Bloom, Br.ookpark Fence Company, presented color rendering of_ the_-.- <br />original proposal and a revised site plan reflecting'the recommendations <br />of the Architectural Board of Review to expand the corners of the fence <br />slightly and place larger planters on the outside of the fenced area. <br />B. Gorris moved to -approve the proposed outdoor fence for P. J. McIntyre's, <br />Great Northern Mall, as indicated on the print which is.dated 5/18/88 <br />and signed off on this date, seconded by M. Betts, and unanimously <br />app roved. <br />3) Honors Hotel, Great Northern Corporate Center <br />R. Carlisle and M. Mise, representing Biskind Development Compan_y nre- <br />sented plans for the six story hotel which is to be pfiase III of the <br />Corporate Center master plan. Mr. Carlisle explained that the location <br />. of the hotel has been changed from the original.master'plan and is now <br />located at the northeast corner of Great Northern and Country Club <br />Boulevards (originally the location of an office buildi:ng). The nroposed <br />plan differs somewhat from the previous master plan in that the parking <br />: structures originally nlanned for the Brookpark Road frontage may be
