? ?. <br />d- <br />? <br />PLANNING COMMISSIQN JULX 12, 1988 PAGE 6 <br />BZD Committee of Council proposed Ord. 88-75 approved as amended with <br />the recommendations contained in the July 12, 1988 letter to Council, <br />seconded by R. Bierman, and unanimously approved. <br />Ord: 88-86: An Ordinance creating new Ghapter 1126 of the Zoning <br />Code entitled "Commercial and Other Building Permits", and <br />repealing Section 1125.06 of the Zoning Code, entitled <br />"Building Permit Application Review". <br />The ordinance was submitted and drafted by the Planning Commission. M. Betts <br />moved to approve Ord. 88-86, seconded by J. Thomas, and unanimously approved. <br />Ord, 88-84: An Ordinance adopting a new and revised Chapter 1149 of the <br />Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted titled "Mixed Use <br />Districts`r. <br />Assistant Law Director Dubelko advised that the ordinance was not drafted <br />by the Law Department. It provides for cluster housing in the rfixed Use <br />District in which there could also be high rise buildings, multi--family <br />developments and retail buildings. Building Commissioner Conway explained <br />that the Mayor had wanted a chaptex in the Zoning Codes providing for <br />planned unit development and he believed that this concept could be in- <br />corporated in the present P4ixed Use "A" codes. P4r. r4organ would like the <br />Commission to study the ordinance in more detail and will meet at 7:00 p.m. <br />on July 26th. The Commission would like Mayor Petrigac present to explain <br />the ordinance. <br />VI. COMMITTEE REPORTS : <br />No items. <br />VII. NEW BUSINESS: <br />No items. <br />VIII. OLD BUSINESS: <br />Consulting City Engineer Boyex advised that he should have the Traff-Pro <br />study available for the next meeting. IX. ADJOURNMENT: <br /> <br />T. Morgan moved to excuse the absence of Mrs. Traczyk and Mr. Gorris, <br />seconded by M.
