He explained that the highest concentration of light would <br />be 90 feet in length and 35 feet in width, the medium concentration would <br />be 130 feet in length and 120 feet in width and lights would be directed <br />onto the property with some spillage onto Walter Road. Commission is <br />concerned about the glare onto residential property, and advised Mr.Tschenkel <br />that if there is any glare back to the residential lot; these ligY-,ts mustbe <br />be shielded. Mr. Tschenkel stated that these lights could be shielded if <br />necessary and that the angle of the fixture could be changed. M. Betts <br />moved to approve the parking lot lighting plan for Buckeye Lanes at 24488 <br />Lorain Road as submitted with the understanding that the developer has so <br />recongized that shielding can be provided if necessary, seconded by R. Bowen, <br />and unanimously approved. <br />IV, NEW DEVELOPEMTNS AND SUBDIVISIONS: <br />No items. <br />V. COMMUNICATIONS: <br />Chairman Thomas read a copy of a letter from Mr. Frank, developer of Bentley <br />Coe Plaza to Mr. and Mrs. Grenig offering to meet with them to discuss any <br />questions or suggestions that they might have concerning the plaza. <br />VI. COMMITTEE REPORTS: <br />No items. <br />VII. NEW BUSINESS: <br />No items. <br />VIII. OLD BUSINESS: <br />The Traff-Pro Study will be continued. <br />IX. ADJOURNNIENT: <br />J.
