Mr. Pattison suggested <br />changing the configuration of the area by expanding the corners of the <br />patio by moving out one section of fence at either end of both corners <br />thus creating two corners where tables-could be placed and installing <br />larger trees in six, 4 to 6 f.oot "diameter fiberglass tubs outside the <br />fence and suggested that they could plant flowers around the base of the <br />trees which would be approximately at table height. Mr. McIntyre agreed <br />to this plan. Mr. Pattison sketched these revisions oii a plan which <br />Mr. Zergott and Mrs. Case initialed and dated. Building Commissioner <br />Conway advised th at the p arking in that area would still conform to code <br />with the extra seating. B. Zergott moved to accept the plan as revised <br />on 5/18/88 and initialed by the member.s-,.. and recommend that the planters <br />be large enough to enable plant material to live year round, seconded <br />by M.
