CZTY OF NORTH.QLMSTED ARCHITECTURAL BQARD QF REVIEW MI.NUTES , JULY 20, 1988 T. ROLL CALL: Acting Chairman Zergott called the meeting to order at 5:05 p.m. Present; T. Gallagher and B. Zezgott Absent: M. Case. Also present: Building Commissioner D, Conway and Clerk of Commissions B. Oring IZ, REVIEW AND CORRECTI'ON OF MINUTES: B. Zergott moved to approve the 7ninutes of June 22, .1988 as presented, seconded by T. Gallagher, and unanimously approved, III. SIGNS: Valvoline Instant Oil Change, 24866 Lorain Road Canopy sign and pole sign. Approved with building plans. IV. OLD BUSINESS: 1) Church of St. Clarence, 30106 Lorain Road Proposal to add church to existing activity center. Heard by the Board of Zoning Appeals June 8, 1988, (Continued from Architectural Board of Review June 22, 1988) Mr. Zarzycki, architect, presented a sample of the Beaver Dart-Tex, Belden Brick which will be used on the church and explained that this will not match the existing brick trim on the activity center, but it will be com- patibley the shingles will be Timberline Burnt Sienna and will match the existing. He explained that the dumpster enclosure is not shown, but the dumpster will be enclosed. He assured the Board that the mechanical equip- ment on the roof will not be visible since it is behind the church roof and the skylight. The metal portion of the activity center will be painted with Sherwin William paint (Putty #MC-47). Mr. Zergott commented that the landscape plan is very good. T. Gallagher moved to approve the Church of St. Clarence proposal as presented, seconded by B. Zergott, and unani- mously approved. V. NE[d BUSINESS: 1) Nightfall: Night Club, 30850 Lorain Road Landscape plan and review of site plan (continued from Planning Commission meeting of January 27, 1987 as.ordered by the court).
