Violation of Ord. 87-93, Section 1135.08. <br />No representative was present. Mr. Grace and Mr. Bugala agreed that without <br />a representative at the meeting, they do not believe that they should grant <br />a variance. B. Grace moved to grant the 2.84 foot rear _yard variance to <br />construct a dwelling for Mr. Fred J. Hurley, sublot 38, Pebblebrook Drive, <br />seconded by R. Bugala. Roll call on motion: Grace, Bugala, Gomersall, <br />Helon, and Remmel, no, Motion failed to pass. Variance denied. Pir. Remmel <br />wanted it noted that the motion was made in Mr. Hurley's absence. <br />The next meeting of the Board will be Thursday, May 5th. <br />The meeting was adj ourned at 9: 45 p, m. <br />C.
